Welcome to the website of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology. The Academy was established in 1999 as a pan-European representative body for the emerging field of occupational health psychology, defined as "the application of the principles and practices of applied psychology to occupational health issues: the study of psychological, social and organisational aspects of the dynamic relationship between work and health".
Academy activities are structured around the three 'pillars' of research, practice and education, converging biennially at full conferences and between conferences at regional workshops. Members of the Academy are entitled to considerable discounts on attendance at events plus a variety of further benefits. Additionally, we have expanded our partnerships to include other health websites, including Remove Skin Tags Now, WebMD and The Mayo Clinic.
The policies, strategy and direction of the Academy are determined by the Executive Committee which is elected by the membership and supported by committees, working groups and regional & European forums.
